10/14/2017 The window screens in the house have either torn or holes except one(no damage!). This house has no AC, one ceiling fan and broken screens… How did the previous owners survive in humid summer with misquotes?? Anyway, Rich bought a screen repair kit and fixed 10 today. No more bugs!! He will replace the rotten base wood in the kitchen to a plywood next!
2017年10月14日 家の窓についている網戸が1枚を残して破れているか穴が開いているのでホームセンターで網の部分を買ってきて張り替えました。この家、エアコンがないのだけれど、前のオーナー窓は開けなかったのかな？開けていたとしたら蚊に刺されていたはず。。。とりあえず10枚の張替え完了！マリオさんがやってきて、台所の床の腐ってしまったところは新しいベニヤを入れれば大丈夫とのこと。大事ではなくてよかった。私は今日も明日も明後日も明々後日もペンキ塗りです。
