Painting ペンキ塗り #2

11/8/2017 We’ve done 90% of the painting project but ignored this spot from the very very beginning… It is the top edge of cathedral ceiling with staircase underneath. We had no idea how to reach there. We’ve tried painting tools(special edge paint blush with poles etc…) but they all failed. Well, the other day I finally came up with an idea of putting a cinder block on a stair to match the height one above so that we can place the ladder on the level. And yes, it worked! It feels great that we don’t have to think about it anymore!

2017年11月8日壁のペンキ塗りはほぼほぼ終了したのだけれど、どうしても塗れない/届かないところが1個所あり、ずっと後回しにしていました。階段の上なので段差があって梯子が置けず、どうしたものかと散々悩んだ結果、考えたのが階段にブロックを置いて梯子の脚の高さを合わせること。ちょうどよいサイズのブロックが売っていたので、早速買ってきて階段に置いて高さを微調整したら梯子をかけることができました。結構な高さなのでちょっと恐かったけれど、リッチに梯子をおさえてもらい無事に塗ることができました。階段にカーペットを張る前に終わって一安心！下塗りの時から、彼是1ヵ月半もずっと無視し続けてきたところだったので、塗り終えてスッキリです！
