7/4/2018 Happy July 4th! We had a nice BBQ chill out today. Our vegetables are doing great and some have flowers and fruits on them!
2018年7月4日 独立記念日。今日は友人を招きお昼からBBQをしました。お庭の野菜の進捗ですが、花が咲き始め少しずつ実もついてきました。日に日に大きくなっているのを見ると嬉しくて、野菜から元気をもらっている気がします！
Mini tomatoes. プチトマトたち。
The eggplants have their first flowers.今日一斉におナスの一番花が咲きました。
A Japanese cucumber. This one was dying but we were able to saved it. 瀕死だったキュウリが持ち返して元気に育っています。唯一の生き残り。

This burdock leaf is gigantic!! 牛蒡の葉が大きすぎ！
All are doing amazingly well. ビックリするぐらい元気。
Our Neighbor Alexa has given us a space to grow Kabocha, Japanese squash. They look good! お隣さんの畑の一部を借りて作っているカボチャも元気です！
We are going away for a week. Hope they survive the current heat wave while we are away.
明後日からしばらく家を空けますが、その間野菜が無事でありますように！
