4/17/2019 The American goldfinches are back! They went somewhere warm during winter time but they just came back to our bird feeder. They are so pretty and I can watch them hours:) We now have chipmunks around our house too!
We completed our move from California to New York in late summer in 2017 and bought a house in the Hudson Valley, about 90 minutes north of Manhattan. We have had several renovations to complete before moving in. We keep working on some house projects, enjoy gardening in summer and woodworking projects in/around our sweet home. And I love small birds❤︎
