7/25/2019 This is the final report of our garlic project. The curing process is done. I cut the roots, carefully cleaned them and braided. They look neat, don’t they? I am looking forward to making dishes with our home grown garlic! And hope they last for a long time.
We completed our move from California to New York in late summer in 2017 and bought a house in the Hudson Valley, about 90 minutes north of Manhattan. We have had several renovations to complete before moving in. We keep working on some house projects, enjoy gardening in summer and woodworking projects in/around our sweet home. And I love small birds❤︎
