7/7/2022 I had another successful year growing garlic. It’s a hard job digging them up but at the same time it’s so satisfying! I planted 66 last fall and harvested 64. Not bad at all! They are hung dry for two weeks and ready to eat!
2022年7月7日 今年も年に一度の大仕事、ニンニクを収穫しました。抜くのではなく、掘り起こすので結構大変な作業だけれども、土の中からニンニクが見える瞬間がたまりません。66個の種を植えて64個できました！2週間ほど乾燥させたら完成です。
