10/17/2017 Rich fixed the rotten base wood in the kitchen a couple of days ago. It came out good! He also removed vinyl floor and two toilet bowls(We don’t think we should put pictures here…)
2017年10月17日。2日前の水漏れ痕の修繕作業備忘録。この他、昨日今日で洗面所のビニール床、トイレ自体などなども取り外しました。トイレなので写真を載せるのはやめときます。

After – Rich cut the new base wood. And yes, he measured it right!
新しいベニヤを買ってきて、サイズを測って切ってちゃんとはまりました。
This is how he did it!↓
Peeled the rotten wood, it was glued and screwed so it took time to remove it. Then cut the base wood and put it down!
腐ってしまった木を剥がす際、糊とネジがついていたのでなかなか剥がれず、一苦労でした。
Then Rich changed the door screen.
終わったかと思いきや、すぐさま網戸も交換。
We paused to paint in master bedroom as we are not sure whether this is a good color or not.
主寝室の壁のペンキを選んで塗ってみたはいいが、果たしてこの色でいいのかどうか。。。床とは合うはずなんだけど、肝心の床を張っていないので、これでいいのかが判断できず、今日はここで中断。
