Garlic にんにく #2

4/11/2019 I am excited to announce that the garlic has started to come out! yes, they survived through very wet winter. This may sound not exciting at all for some people but as we are garlic lovers and eat it almost everyday, it is pretty cool that we are growing our own garlic. The harvest season will be in three months from now. I will keep my finger crossed!

2019年4月11日　昨年10月半ばに植えたニンニクが芽を出しました！（過去の記事-ニンニク#1）昨冬は結構降雨/雪量が多く、畑も常に水分がたっぷりだったので、球根自体が土の中でダメになっているんじゃないかと思っていたら、見事に全部出てきました。これはニンニク好きとしてはかなりエキサイティングなニュース。なんだかんだ、毎日何かしらの料理に使っているのと、今年の夏にトマトソースの缶詰めを作るときにも必要なので、自作のニンニクを使えたら贅沢だなぁと思っています。ということで、収穫時期は今から3ヵ月後。順調に育ちますように。
